General Information Concerning
Scholarship Grants for
Trinity Lutheran Church Youth
Pursuing College or University Degrees
Trinity’s Scholarship
Fund, inaugurated by Donald and Margaret Brunner, has been established
to assist active Trinity Lutheran youth with their college or
university education through grants. Applications may be obtained
from the church office, or through Trinity’s web-site, www.tlcwaupaca.org.
The deadline for 2008 applications is Monday, April 14, 2008.
Applications may be returned to the Trinity Lutheran Church office,
206 E. Badger St., Waupaca, Wisconsin 54981.
In determining the recipient of an educational grant, the Advisory
Committee may take into account scholastic aptitude and achievement,
extra-curricular activities, need, personal qualities such as
ambition and discipline, and other factors it considers applicable.
Attendance at a Lutheran college or university is an additional
factor that may be considered by the Advisory Committee. In
general, the grants shall be for undergraduate expenses only.
Please include your financial aid documents
from your institution with your application or as soon as they
are available to you. We will not be able to process grants
without documentation.
